After a fine night of Festival warm up fun, it was time for the full on festival, but first time for some exercise, so we headed to the gym. Obviously I couldn't do the full range of exercises with my plaster cast, but did what I could. Later after a brief post-gym refreshment, we headed to the festival. There were good bands everywhere, and we headed to the main stage, rock stage and dance area amongst others. There were fireworks to celebrate the proper start to the festival. We continued having fun until the sun rose, and then it was time to head back and rest.

When we awoke next day, we'd missed a good amount of the hottest part of the day, but it was still very hot, and we headed down to the beach area on the river bank to enjoy the sunshine. At the festival later, there were many more great bands and DJs to be heard on the many stages, and again, it was a late night.

Next day we managed to squeeze in both a trip to the beach and gym before heading to the festival. The great music continued, but we were starting to feel bit tired, but wanted to stay out until we'd seen on of the later bands on the dance stage, but cunningly, found a place to chill out and even have a good coffee before re-joining the festival festivities. After dancing in the dance arena until the sun came up, it was time to get some well overdue rest.

After a late night, and several days partying, we slept in until longer, so instead of beach and/or gym we merely headed into town to meet a friend and have some good coffee. Then back to the festival for a final night of music and fun and closing fireworks. Unfortunately, while enjoying some Serbian Irish music, my phone got knocked out of my hand and the screen broke, which was rather annoying.

The whole festival had been amazing and a great time had, and new bands discovered, but finally it was over for another year. The experience was even better for my friend's great company, hospitality and his Mum's great cooking throughout.
