After a little wandering round Dubrovnik, I decided it would be useful to get a Dubrovnik card for the day. This enabled me to visit a number of museums, and then later do the essential tourist activity that is the city walls walk. This involves walking all the way round the city on the wall that guards the city. It's 2km long and has great views of the city, the surrounding islands and mountains. It's very impressive, but very hot in the sunshine. I would have done it later in the day, but I keen to do the evening Game of Thrones tour. A friend joined me for this, and the tour consisted of a boat trip (on a boat that had featured in the series) past a load of sites featured in the program. All the while we were dressing up in outfits of characters from the series. Most people were so busy dressing up they didn't even notice the dolphins, playing off the side of the boat. Then we did a walking tour of the city to see other sites that had been featured. The city has also been used for a number of other films including Star Wars episodes 8 and 9 and the new Robin Hood, so we'll have to keep an eye out for those. After the tour we had some more fresh fish for dinner.
